Hotel
The architects consider also modifying the project in order to build a tourist accommodation of about 65 rooms, specifically an elderly hotel with standards to be defined. This project is able to find subsidized loans and it is a safe investment because of the high demand.

The construction will be built in Pula city center, just 2 km (1.2 miles) from the sea, 35 km (21.7 miles) from Cagliari harbor, and 45 km (27 miles) from the Elmas airport.
